Thorough In Methodology & Research
Over the years I have come to rely upon Roger’s expertise as a consultant and expert witness in the areas of forensic accounting, business valuation and general tax and financial matters particularly with regard to the areas of family law and divorce. I have found Roger to be thorough in his methodology and research and knowledgeable of the interrelationship of family law and accounting issues. He is particularly adept in his ability to decipher complicated issues and explain them in a clear and comprehensible manner while maintaining a calm and confident demeanor.

Gets The Work Done
I have been working with Roger and his staff for approximately six years. Roger initially helped me with a valuation on my business. I liked working with Roger so much that I engaged him for my Business and personal taxes. I found that Roger gets the work done in a timely manner, that in my case eliminated the need to file for an extension, like I had in the past.
He worked with my bookkeeper to get the documents and files he needed to do so. I recommend Roger for whatever aspect of services you require and I am confident that he will do a good job for you as he has done for me.

We Are Grateful
Roger Wilde was particularly helpful to me/us in 2 transitions.
We changed from a Sole Proprietorship to an S-Corp and Roger worked with me through the process, guiding me each step of the way. I had been doing our bookkeeping and our own taxes for decades but realized I was way over my head in trying to tackle an S-Corp. He treated me with respect as someone who knew the basics and filled me in on the proper way to categorize and keep records for our new venture as an S-Corp.
In addition, we were going through a divorce and he was most helpful in cutting to the chase and suggesting how we might most simply divide our assets. We had been struggling to figure this out since we had been running the business together. Once we heard Roger’s suggestion and reasoning, we both said, yes, that’s it. From that point it was a matter of sorting out the details. We are grateful.
